In class: revisit artifacts and archives, discuss how to connect these with space (i.e. how to approach writing paper 2). discuss working at fieldsite, how best to take notes about space.

Thursday, Feb 26

Before class: make map of fieldsite. post reflection on taking fieldnotes to Blackboard.

In class: Bring fieldnotes and map to class. Discussion of colonization (from ch 5). practice writing about space, using different perspectives.
