Buechley makes an interesting argument about changing the “context” of computing — moving from always thinking about getting kids (boys) interested in programming through video games and robots to getting people (girls, others) interested in programming through “electronic fashion.” See also her video demonstrating her turn signal bike jacket, which she also demos in the middle of the above video.
